I love my puppy and want to keep him. Do you think its possible since shih tzu’s seldom bark and other neighbors have animals. The only reason the owner of this one wants no pets because she thinks it’ll make the house dirty/smelly. The owner doesn’t live in this building and i think i am going to train him to pee on puppy pads and only once a day take walks (the condo is huge). What do you think?

Is there any way to get rid of the smell or am I going to have to replace the whole seat? By the way, the puppy made it through treatment and looks as if he will survive.

Can you please give me some tips on introducing the puppy to the cats? Thanks in advance.
I’d rather not keep them seperated because I eventually plan on getting a cat. Otherwise, thanks for the answers so far!
